Programmer analyst Dynamics Job Title : Programmer Analyst Dynamics 365 CRM Location : Hybrid (Barcelona) / Remote Considered Priority : High Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst or Technical Analyst with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement only) to support a digital transformation project in the banking sector. This role focuses on development, configuration, and parameterization using Dynamics 365 CRM, extending functionality with .NET and JavaScript. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Develop and extend platform functionality using .NET plugins and JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements. Participate in solution architecture and technical documentation processes. Ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability of all implemented solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to CRM. Apply best practices and maintain compliance with technical standards. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement only). (Note : Experience with Finance, Navision, or Axapta is not relevant to this role.) Proficient in .NET plugin development and JavaScript. Strong understanding of CRM workflows, custom entities, business rules, and security models. Experience in system configuration and CRM customizations. Desirable Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services. Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies. Background in the banking or financial services sector.
