amma pregnancy tracker is an international mobile app and one of the world's largest communities for moms-to-be and their families. We are building the world’s best ecosystem to support families through all stages of pregnancy.

As we continue our global expansion, the role of User Acquisition Lead becomes pivotal in driving our growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to acquire new users, ensuring that our app reaches and resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.

responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize user acquisition. LATAM, Europe, and the US are among our primary markets
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize UA strategies and improve campaign efficiency
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to inform UA strategies
  • Identify new opportunities for user acquisition in emerging markets
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation across various advertising channels, in collaboration with Finance Team
  • Support Marketing Team in daily processes

requirements

  • Proven experience as a UA Manager or similar role in the mobile app industry of 3+ years
  • In-depth knowledge of user acquisition strategies and digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to UA
  • English knowledge at least B2 / Upper-intermediate
