Role Overview
As a People and Culture Generalist you will support HR operations across multiple regions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills a solid understanding of HR best practices and a willingness to learn about various legal frameworks and cultural differences. You ll also help develop and implement initiatives to support our consultants growth and engagement.
Key responsibilities :
HR Operations
Support daily HR activities : recruitment onboarding offboarding employee relations payroll and performance management.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws across jurisdictions.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist with job postings candidate screening and interview coordination.
Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding processes.
Develop regionspecific onboarding programs.
Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for HRrelated inquiries.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
Promote a positive and communicative work environment.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate skillbuilding programs.
Create and adapt training materials for different regions.
Assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Help develop and enforce HR policies in line with local laws and company standards.
Ensure consistent policy application across all locations.
Stay current with legal updates and advise the team accordingly.
HR Projects & Initiatives
Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and improve processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to support company objectives.
Assist in implementing diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Consultant Support
Design and manage initiatives tailored to our consultants.
Work closely with Tech Services and Sales teams to meet consultant needs.
Support consultant engagement and development aligned with company culture.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Labour Relations Law or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law; experience with international employment laws is a plus.
Proven experience managing the full payroll cycle in Spain.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement and development initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive adaptable and eager to learn.
Able to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
Fluent in both Spanish and English; other languages are an asset
