Job Title : IT Support Desk Tier 1 Technician
As an IT Support Desk Tier 1 technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting internal customers, resolving IT incidents and service requests, and escalating issues to Tier 2 support when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance requests.
- Perform troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
- Determine the best solution to restore customer working conditions quickly.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes.
- Escalate issues to appropriate support personnel or vendors.
- Provide accurate information about IT products and services.
- Record incidents and resolutions in tickets / logs.
- Suggest improvements to procedures.
Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent grammar and spelling.Strong administrative and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Previous experience in a similar role.Ability to recognize key hardware components of a computer.Proficiency navigating Windows 11 operating system.Benefits
