We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems. You will drive the maturity of our solution delivery processes and provide guidance to junior engineers, helping them execute tasks effectively. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance internal R&D platform engineering tools, including CI / CD platforms, labs, and other critical infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Kubernetes Management : Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed Kubernetes-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Solution Delivery : Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing solution delivery maturity within the organization, improving processes, automation, and overall efficiency.
• Team Coaching : Mentor and coach junior engineers, breaking down complex work into manageable tasks and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Platform Maintenance : Maintain and support internal R&D platform tools, including CI / CD platforms (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins), testing labs, and related infrastructure.
