Junior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager that will assist in BD and Marketing tasks building up and getting knowledge on the processes and practices in the commercial department and in the power business within TR. Will work under supervision of Commercial Director in developing initial prospects and will be included in a career development plan.

Role description and responsibilities

• Analyze the market to uncover opportunities and promote engineering, procurement and construction services for utilities, developers and infra funds , with a primary focus on Power related technologies and projects. Examples include :
• Gas based power plants : as a key for decarbonization and transition, experience on gas-based GT and CCGT technologies
• Zero emissions power plants : including CCS solutions for gas power plants and renewables and circular technologies such as biomass and W2E
• Assistant technologies for electrification of economies : grid assistance technologies for assisting the penetration of renewables such as inertial synchronous condensers, batteries and thermal energy storage
• Contribute in defining TR's value proposition each opportunity in conjunction and assisting the Power BU Commercial Director
• Maintain a top class and cutting-edge marketing documentation substrate in all commercial aspects
• Engage with clients and maintain corporate relationships with clients
• Develop relations with key OEMs and maintain relationships and understanding on their technologies and evolutionary plans
• Establish TR’s positioning , define the strategy, and support the bidding process, coordinating with other BDMs who provide complementary value (regional knowledge, service knowledge) and with the Power Proposals’ Directors
• Report all commercial activities, from opportunity identification to contracting, through Salesforce
