Location : 100% Remote from Spain or Portugal

Contract Type : Permanent - Full-time Position

Salary : €47,300 (Junior, 2+ years) – €56,300 (Mid-Level, 3+ years)

About the Role

Join a team dedicated to advancing observability within the organization by building, maintaining, and supporting observability tools with a focus on Splunk and ITSI. As a Junior–Mid Level Observability Engineer, you’ll contribute to chain monitoring solutions and help internal teams make better use of observability capabilities.

Requirements

2-3+ years of hands-on Splunk experience (including admin tasks).

Experience with i nfrastructure monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS and / or Azure).

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Comfortable coaching users and teams in observability best practices.

Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Curiosity, critical thinking, and an eagerness to explore new technologies.

Certifications (Required)

Splunk Core Certified Power User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support observability tools such as Splunk and ITSI.

Implement dashboards and ensure data quality across observability systems.

Collaborate with internal users to understand monitoring requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Support observability integrations with existing cloud infrastructure and services.

Provide coaching and training to internal users and junior team members.

Participate in discussions around new observability features, tools, and monitoring strategy.

Act as a backup and collaborator for your team members.
