Descripción del puesto : One of Spain's biggest audiovisual producing companies is currently looking for a HR Director with generalist experience to help all their teams run their staff-related processes smoothly and help them grow as a company as well as establishing a solid HR team within the company. We are looking for a HR professional with a few years of experience and knowledge in all the areas of HR and previous experience in the audiovisual sector or with at least an interest in being part of it.

Main Responsibilities :

• Recruit and onboard new hires.
• Manage all HR processes and advise the different directors and managers on their hiring and staff-related issues.
