Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements.
- Participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations for projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Omega team and / or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed.
- Document processes and track system performance metrics.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
- Train end users on new functionalities and software use.
- Implement technological advancements and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation for projects.
- Contribute to team training and development.
- Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
- Suggest methodological improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Developer experience.Mandatory experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions.Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, web services.Understanding of DevOps / Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles.Ability to work independently and take ownership.Excellent English communication skills.Salesforce certifications are a plus.What we offer
