Position : Lead of Automation Operational Excellence, Asia Pacific

This role leads APAC initiatives, driving automation growth through Performance Partnership. The position involves engaging with C-suite and executive levels, managing client relationships, leading complex business problem-solving, and collaborating with WITS teams to improve workflows. The role requires deploying tools to manage business changes and overseeing multiple business and improvement initiatives across enterprises.

This position is based in Australia and reports to the Director, Commercial Operations, APAC. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and aim to build a world-class Commercial organization, read on.

Opportunities in this role include :

  • Leading strategic planning and execution of customer initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and add value, including ROI analysis of Performance Partnership activities.
  • Developing and executing differentiated professional programs with tailored training and online resources for continuous improvement.
  • Creating promotional strategies to increase program enrollment and utilization, including content localization for APAC markets.

Minimum requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or life sciences, MBA preferred; 20+ years in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or consulting, with 10+ years leading large organizations.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business skills, with experience in profit and loss management and growth initiatives.
  • Ability to lead complex regional teams to achieve results.
  • Proven sales / marketing leadership and staff management in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience as a Lab Director or similar role, with a deep understanding of lab operations and translating operational concepts into business opportunities.
  • Travel and environment :

  • Approximately 25% travel within the APAC region.
