What you’ll do

As our new Account Manager , you’ll be part of the Customer Success team, joining 2 more colleagues in different time zones and reporting to the Customer Success Manager. Your mission? Grow existing client accounts by building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring they get the most value from SonoSuite's features. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities and addressing client needs to drive both client success and revenue.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within the company.
  • Stay up to date with DSP (Digital Service Providers) trends and best practices, providing clients with guidance on tools, features, and campaign strategies to maximize performance and visibility.
  • Generate / increase the revenue of existing accounts to reach the company's sales target by up-selling and cross-selling. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
  • Acknowledge, resolve and / or filter customer requests and direct them to the corresponding department and provide feedback to clients accordingly.
  • Provide support to customers of the distribution platform via ticketing tool Zendesk. Utilize the customer relationship management system to document interactions.
  • Maintain updated internal tools such as the CRM / Zendesk environment to be more effective and optimize efforts to manage our daily tasks.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and sector developments to ensure best practices and innovation.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to work with someone who’s curious, collaborative, and comfortable with complexity. If you enjoy solving real-world problems with a hands-on team, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be a great fit if you have :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing roles
  • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
  • Know your way around the music or media tech space
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Attention to detail and logical thinking
  • Familiarity with different tools and workflows (Zendesk, Zoho CRM, JIRA)
  • Previous experience in sales management (cross-selling and up-selling)
  • Experience using DSP tools (e.g., Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
