JOB OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in technology or digital transformation consulting to join our team and help us shape and deliver custom AI consulting solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for innovation and technology with solid consulting skills : someone capable of understanding client needs, shaping value propositions, estimating projects, and managing end-to-end consulting engagements, especially those involving AI and digital transformation.

LOCATION

Madrid Office, hybrid (2–3 days / week remote). Mandatory to be based in Comunidad de Madrid with Spanish fiscal residence.

Dubai Office, hybrid (2–3 days / week remote). Based in Dubai with a valid Work Visa or eligibility for relocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design tailored consulting proposals by aligning client needs with our AI products and services, articulating clear business value.
• Lead the definition of project scopes, work plans, team composition, hours allocation, and budgeting, adapting to different client realities.
• Act as project manager for consulting engagements, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress (using tools like Notion, Jira), and managing stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with our technical teams to translate business requirements into realistic delivery plans.
• Be client-facing and support our leadership team in client meetings, workshops, and strategic conversations.
• Research and analyze AI market trends, use cases, and innovation benchmarks to shape internal thinking and support proposal building.
• Contribute to the improvement and systematization of our consulting methodology, templates, and frameworks.
