Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Hands-On | SaaS Startup | Remote

Location : Remote (Flexible Hours)

Now, we’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a talented squad of 10 engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in the code .

What You’ll Do

Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture.
Remain hands-on with the codebase, architecture, and technical decisions.
Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision.
Drive a high-performance team culture through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction.
Ensure scalable, clean code and lean delivery processes.
Frontend : React, TypeScript

We’re open to candidates from either a backend or frontend background – what matters most is technical excellence and leadership experience .

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.

Senior-level engineering skills with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development.

A passion for scaling teams and products in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setup.

Work from anywhere with full remote flexibility.
