Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the definition of Epics and User Stories for banking projects.
Analyze and design new business processes around requirements definition, information gathering, and documentation methodologies.
Develop Functional Specifications for system enhancements that meet business requirements.
Coordinate updates to supporting documentation as part of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

Proven experience working on projects within financial institutions or the financial services sector.

Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Experience with Assisted Channels projects, such as those involving Branch operations or Contact Centers.
