Collaborate with HR teams to support workforce planning and development initiatives. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in international or multilingual environments. Fluency in English and French or German (both written and spoken). Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
