1) Strategic Brand Management for Clinical, RA & Software Division
Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and strengthen our market presence.
Lead, inspire, and coach the marketing team , fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and accountability
Oversee content development to create compelling and compliant materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing and business strategies.
Plan and optimize marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports.
Support the operational rhythm of the marketing team.
Act as a senior sparring partner to help raise the overall impact and visibility of the team.
A Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager (or similar role) in Life Sciences, preferably in Medtech. You've worked with or around technical / regulated services, like clinical trials, software, or regulatory.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mindset with the drive to grow market share and shape brand perception.
