ROLE (This is an on-site position in Seville)
- Proactively ensure data integrity in system and personnel files for Corporate by auditing and analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and recommending changes in countries under the scope.
- Promote Solera Way culture within the organization.
- Execute labor strategy aligned with Solera philosophy, avoiding liabilities, and manage relations with unions where applicable.
- Lead the Talent Wheel, support Talent Acquisition with hiring strategies, facilitate onboarding, ensure the Performance Review Process and Rewards are implemented, and support Talent Planning.
- Ensure payroll incidences are reported accurately and timely.
- Follow the staffing plan to execute the Selection process.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is received and uploaded into employee files.
- Assist the Compensation team with salary adjustments, increases, bonuses (SIP / LIP), promotions, and reorganizations.
- Align training strategies with business and corporate needs.
- Work with the Human Resources Director to operationalize HR communications and processes, ensuring quality output.
- Assist in preparing equity and grant awards for corporate employees.
- Provide coaching to associates regarding corporate policies and procedures.
- Participate as an active team member in special projects, development or improvement committees, and events.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Strong leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Maintain professionalism under pressure and provide excellent service at all employee levels.Self-motivated with strong time and project management skills.High integrity to handle confidential information responsibly.Job Type : Full-time
