Our client is a fast-growing BPO provider and a trusted partner to some of the world's leading brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Sales Representative with German to help them qualify potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and drive business growth.
As an Inbound Sales Representative , you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in German and English to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Qualify potential leads coming from the Marketing Department
- Act as the primary point of contact , addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Guide prospects through the sales process
- Educate potential customers on product offerings, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term customer satisfaction
