Main Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage guest registrations, reservation confirmations, room assignments, and key activations.
- Handle all payment types, including accommodation charges and payments via cash, checks, or credit / debit cards.
- Manage guest complaints and requests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a hotel receptionist.Positive attitude and extroverted personality.Proficiency in Spanish and English.What We Offer
