One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Engineer in Spain .

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customer Success Engineer to join a fast-growing team and help enterprise customers fully leverage an innovative AI-driven security automation platform. This role combines technical expertise with a strong customer-centric approach to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient problem resolution, and proactive support. You'll be responsible for developing impactful solutions that align with each customer's business needs, providing ongoing consultation, and enabling adoption and expansion of the platform's capabilities. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with US business hours.

Accountabilities :

  • Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and architect customized solutions using the platform's workflows
  • Deliver training, technical workshops, and roadmap discussions to ensure customer enablement and satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback, identify potential issues, and provide component-based solutions
  • Help manage and prioritize technical incidents and support requests
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and contribute to platform enhancements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, including conducting on-site or remote meetings
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and working with APIs
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity environments; background in SOC or IRT teams is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Based in Spain and available to work full-time during US time zones
