At Nae, we provide end-to-end consulting services to help our clients identify new value creation opportunities. We have been delivering projects in the telecommunications and media market for 20 years.

We advise technology areas of major telecommunications operators and media infrastructure companies on digital infrastructure and transformation. We are seeking a seasoned manager with at least 8 years of experience to join our Deal & Strategy team.

• Lead commercial and technical due diligence on complex transactions.
• Assist private equity clients in preparing acquisitions of spun-off assets / businesses.
• Support corporate and private equity clients in identifying opportunities and synergies.

Key requirements include extensive knowledge of the TMT sector, data center operations expertise, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
