Support the growth of EiQ, the world’s first end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform. We are building the EiQ brand in a complex and competitive market : this role will be key to the success of EiQ through using digital marketing to build brand awareness, generate leads, and analyse and optimise the marketing & sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing a cross-channel digital marketing strategy for EiQ.
- Creating a market-leading search strategy, including paid and organic.
- Developing an independent social presence for EiQ, using paid tactics to build our audience.
- Creating and maintaining marketing contact databases and audiences for EiQ; developing and implementing automation and retargeting tactics.
- Working in collaboration with the group digital marketing community to own and enhance the MarTech setup for EiQ; proactively proposing new technologies to optimise the setup.
- Analysing end-to-end marketing performance, from awareness through to revenue; surfacing insights and implementing tactics to optimise the funnel.
- Reporting to EiQ and commercial management teams on marketing performance.
- Managing the paid search budget for EiQ.
- Analysing user experience on the EiQ platform and feeding back to the product team on issues and proposed solutions.
- Optimising workflows and reporting in CRM together with commercial and customer success teams.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following :
Years of digital marketing expertise.Broad experience in marketing technology, particularly Google (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio), paid social, SEO / SEM, user experience tools (HotJar), automation (Pardot), CRM (SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics).Ability to independently operate paid advertising campaigns.Good communication skills in English and local language.
