The Role

As a Managing Consultant at BluSpecs, your responsibilities will include :

• Identifying and refining strategic vision and go-to-market plans for deploying innovative solutions that transform the company's financial footprint.
• Managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including programmes, certification frameworks, and strategic advisory services.
• Leading and mentoring high-performance teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Providing expert guidance on AI, IoT, cloud, and edge computing, supporting clients in aligning strategies with evolving European technology and data policies.
• Navigating regulatory, technical, and commercial challenges, offering solutions that balance innovation with compliance, security, and scalability.
