Own AI-driven systems from design to deployment, focusing on business impact and performance.- Translate real-world commercial challenges into solvable machine learning problems.- Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions with high-quality prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines.- Partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to uncover opportunities for innovation.- Stay on top of the latest in AI, experimentation techniques, and system design trends.- Deliver measurable business value at pace in a highly collaborative environment.Essential Criteria :

Strong theoretical foundation in ML, backed by experience deploying production-ready models.- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, including prompt chaining, agentic workflows, retrieval strategies, and inference stack techniques like KV caching, speculative decoding, etc.- Proficiency in Python and at least one other language such as Java, C++ or .Net.- Experience working with SQL and familiarity with AWS or Azure.- Enthusiasm for building real systems, not just research.- Ownership mindset, able to manage complex problems independently.- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders.- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in ambiguity and scale what works.- Excellent academic background in computer science, mathematics, or related disciplines.- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Spain without sponsorship.
