Job Title : Territory Sales Manager
This challenging sales role focuses on promoting and selling electrical heat tracing and thermal management solutions across industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power, and marine, targeting EPCs, contractors, and end-users. The position is responsible for driving profitable growth through value-based and solution-oriented sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategy for Spain in line with the current Industrial Heat Tracing strategy.
- Set up account plans for key accounts (mainly EPC houses / Contractors in projects environment).
- Identify and qualify project opportunities and capture these in Salesforce; Use and apply PriceFX for all quotations.
- Deliver seminars, trainings and lunch & learn at key customer groups throughout Spain on a defined basis;
- Report competitor activities, review regional threats, consider any hurdles to success and propose an action plan to overcome.
