We are seeking a skilled professional to support the technical execution of our Customer Data Platform and ensure its smooth configuration, integration, and usage across global and regional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing technology, data operations, or campaign support roles and possess a strong understanding of data integration, ETL, and audience segmentation.

They will be responsible for supporting the configuration, integration, and maintenance of the Treasure Data CDP in collaboration with IT and development partner, as well as assisting in translating business requirements into technical specifications for data ingestion, enrichment, and audience segmentation.

Additionally, they will maintain and update data schemas, pipelines, and segmentation logic as directed by the Coordinator, and coordinate with our Campaign Automation Squad the support on segmentation briefs and campaign targeting.

The successful candidate will also facilitate and support the integration of CDP audiences with marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC), act as a support contact for CDP-related troubleshooting and platform usage questions for Campaign Automation Services, and document platform processes and contribute to knowledge sharing and training materials.

Monitor platform performance and report findings to the Coordinator for further action. Ensure alignment with global rollout plans and operational models defined by the Coordinator.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, data operations, or campaign support roles.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred or Twilio Segment, Dat Cloud from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Unity).
  • Working knowledge of data integration, ETL, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams.
