Vacancy : Program Manager, USA

Open positions : 1

Location : First year based in Almussafes (Valencia, Spain), then different locations in the USA depending on projects.

We are a leading engineering company seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing human resources for the development of work on the customer's automated lines. You will coordinate projects with Project Managers, optimizing all resources and anticipating new needs to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee management of IT8 projects.
  • Define project strategies related to employee issues : local resources, IT8 group resources, subcontracting.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and suppliers, manage interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Support technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Supervise project status with project managers.
  • Define and monitor employee registrations and deregistrations.
  • Authorize costs for employee payroll uploads.
  • Manage vacation schedules for project managers.
  • Coordinate with Operations to organize housing, travel, and other personnel needs.
  • Forecast employee needs and communicate with HR.

Requirements for a successful Program Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven project management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • VISA holders are valued.
  • Availability to work evening shifts from home if necessary (US hours).
  • Willingness to relocate to the USA after one year.
