Cyberbit deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network, enabling users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools. Our goal is to effectively train cyber professionals and students in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.
We are seeking a Cybersecurity-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM), proficient in SaaS technologies and technical training. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in maintaining and growing accounts in Europe and Middle East regions. You should be a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on working with revolutionary technology.
Responsibilities
- Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies and Customer Success playbooks within 1-3 months.
- Conduct clear, crisp, and energetic product demonstrations that showcase the product’s value to customers and prospects – from SOC managers to CISOs.
- Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks, adjusting your approach based on the trainees' skill levels and customer objectives.
- Understand each customer’s unique needs and assist in their success by mapping their training objectives to the Cyberbit content catalog.
- Monitor customer health through onboarding calls, success calls, quarterly reviews, analyzing usage data, and updating all relevant metrics in internal tools.
- Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support customers and internal initiatives – including PowerPoint presentations, product Q&A, and documentation.
- Play a key role in product improvement by communicating customer-requested features clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales managers on relationship mapping, org charting, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a SaaS-based cybersecurity or IT product customer success role and / or project management.Minimum 2 years of experience providing cybersecurity technical training.Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in a cybersecurity program – a strong advantage.Excellent planning, multi-tasking, and time management skills in a remote work environment; meticulous note-taking is essential.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in a third language (Spanish, German, or French) – a must.Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work systematically and delve into details when needed.Experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council such as Certified Incident Handler or Certified Security Analyst are a plus.Up to 20% travel to customer sites when permitted again.If you’re not 100% qualified but up for the challenge, we still encourage you to apply!
