About the Role

Elevate your career with Reckitt as a Trade Marketing Manager . In this pivotal role, you will shape and invigorate how our brands come alive across sales channels. You will craft our channel strategy and lead a dedicated team focused on growth, blending relationship management with strategic innovation to make a tangible impact on our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Force Support
  • Develop trade stories and call guidelines for customer initiatives
  • Coach the sales force on in-market execution principles
  • Develop and deploy trade marketing content during national meetings
  • Conduct field visits to assess in-store execution and compliance
  • Develop Partnerships with Customers
  • Engage with customers to understand strategies and behaviors
  • Create tailored brand recommendations
  • Monitor and improve in-market execution
  • Propose and lead category management projects
  • Provide category insights to customers, marketing, and sales teams
  • Monitor competitors' activities
  • Customer Meetings Support
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews and customer plans

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Proven partnership development across sales channels
  • Collaboration skills across marketing and finance
  • Strong background in customer and channel strategy, sales negotiation
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Results-oriented, proactive, organized, flexible, and responsible
