Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will be :

  • Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
  • Handle technical customer contacts for various products through multiple communication channels.
  • Answer and resolve technical questions and problems via phone and email.
  • Deliver high-quality service using technical knowledge gained from training and support systems.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

  • Native Norwegian speaker with a good level of English.

  • Sales or commercial background is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus.
