All of our positions are fully remote. Sales helps our prospective customers and active customers to fully experience our Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to incoming queries and assists customers in understanding how to maximize Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive within our Sales Team in the Swiss region. This role is purely hunting, focusing on driving new business for Remote.

Candidates should demonstrate proven success in building key customer relationships, including with decision-makers and champions, to drive successful outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Fluency in German and French (native or professional level), with excellent communication skills in English, is required.

Deep knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision-makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales targets, is essential.

Ability to build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls, is important.

Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills are necessary.

An understanding of our services and industry positioning is beneficial.

Forecasting sales to meet monthly targets is expected.

Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.

The role involves meeting and exceeding sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and identifying new opportunities.

Collaboration with key departments to support client processes and support is vital.

Efficiently closing deals while guiding clients through the process with kindness is important.

Generating leads through calls, networking, and industry events is part of the role.

The salary range for this full-time role is $37,475 USD to $126,550 USD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions.
