Join our Business Development team as Associate Director Business Development .
Associate Director Business Development supports the acquisition and growth of new business opportunities, focusing on Clinical Research and / or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) services. The role involves proactive client acquisition, account development, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Location : Europe (Remote / Travel Required)
Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully driving new client acquisition, demonstrating a strategic, "hunter"-oriented approach in the Clinical Research and / or PV, MI, and RA service domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients and building strong relationships in Clinical Research and / or PV, MI, and RA service lines
- Maintaining good relationships with key clients and ensuring proactive account management
- Achieving assigned sales goals and supporting broader commercial strategies
- Supporting sales strategy execution and collaborating with internal stakeholders
Business Development
Identify and convert new business opportunities in Clinical Research and / or PV, MI, and RA areasDrive lead generation and relationship development independentlyRepresent the company at industry events and support sales strategy implementationKey Account Management
Develop and maintain account plans for clientsCoordinate RFP / RFI responses and lead bid defense meetingsEnsure high client satisfaction and continuityOperational Collaboration
