Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition team, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Budget planning and management
• Maintaining relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, they should have a complete understanding of the talent acquisition process, including attraction, assessment, and onboarding.
