Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes to improve engineer efficiency.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer ( React ).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer ( Java ).
  • High proficiency in TypeScript .
  • Proficiency with modern frontend bundlers , package managers , and build tools .
  • Knowledge or experience with microservices architecture .
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience building cloud-based software.
  • AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
