As the main point of contact throughout the breast aesthetic journey, the Patient Care plays a crucial role in assisting consumers. Your role in this position will be to proactively engage with customers prior to their surgery. This can be accomplished by supplying them with essential information about the company's offerings through various communication channels such as appointment reminders, and proactive follow-ups through calls, emails, and other channels.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Patient Care will be :

• Acting as a mediator between the consumer and the clinic to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Effectively addressing patient inquiries by delivering unbiased, precise, non-promotional, and non-medical information.
• Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our client’s quality standards.
• Coordinating an onboarding process for interested customers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become a valued client.
