We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy German-speaking Help Desk Associate to join our support team in Barcelona . You will be the first line of contact for German-speaking users needing technical assistance, providing high-quality support to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role offers flexibility with both onsite and hybrid work arrangements .
Provide first-level technical support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical customer service role preferred.
Windows / Mac OS, networks, software installation).
Experience using help desk or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
