Low-Code Developer (Thinkwise / Power Platform)

Blue Code is hiring a Low-Code Developer to join a dynamic Professional Services team focused on modernising business-critical ERP environments. You’ll work with Thinkwise and Microsoft PowerPlatform to automate processes and deliver impactful solutions for well-known companies in Healthcare, Retail, Industry and Logistics.

Resposibilities

Work across multiple client business applications in a collaborative delivery team
Analyse requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions
Build applications using Thinkwise or PowerPlatform, occasionally adding high-code when needed
Maintain and evolve systems that modernise legacy ERP environments
Document, test, deploy and support your solutions in production
Suggest improvements to business processes and user experience
Dedicate weekly time for your own development : certifications, workshops or mentoring

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT or related field)

Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, including low-code platforms

Hands-on experience with Thinkwise and / or Microsoft PowerPlatform is highly valued. We’re also open to fast learners ready to specialise

Solid understanding of application architecture and process automation

SQL knowledge is a strong plus

Tech-curious mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to translate business epics into concrete development tasks

Fluent in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)

Full-time (40h / week)
