Join us as a (Sr) Manager, Data Governance & Digital Projects, where you'll lead digital regulatory initiatives and streamline data-related KPIs. Partner with Digital & Tech teams and Business Units to champion data governance, foster a data-driven culture, drive adoption, and contribute to the design of innovative digital tools. Align data strategies with business goals to increase transparency and boost efficiency across Regulatory Affairs. Your key responsibilities :

  • Lead digital regulatory projects within the Data Management Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement data visualization solutions tailored to business needs, to enhance decision-making and transparency across teams.
  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality and process efficiency.
  • Drive process redesign initiatives to improve data workflows, automation, and operational efficiencies.
  • Actively contribute to data governance projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and data standards.
  • Promote a holistic understanding of data assets and governance, fostering a data-driven culture.
  • Advocate for and drive the adoption of digital tools across the Regulatory Affairs community, fostering engagement and smooth transitions through effective change management.
  • Empower business users with self-service analytics tools, reducing dependency on centralized data teams.

  • You bring :

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
  • 10 years of experience in Databases, Power BI, SAP BO, or other similar visualization platforms.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Project Management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Solid understanding of data governance and metadata management.
  • Strong expertise in KPI frameworks and performance measurement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and simplify complex concepts.
  • Strategic thinking : make sense of complex data, trends and dynamics on a continually evolving basis, understand and anticipate potential impact these may have, and use them to shape the direction of the business.
