WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be required to :

Develop, achieve, and monitor the customer account plans, as well as manage the budget of assigned accounts.
Negotiate and achieve the company’s objectives related to sales, distribution, gross margin, visibility, and special sales promotional.
Define and track KPIs to ensure commercial agreement compliance.
Collaborate with Area Field Managers and cross-functional teams.
Plan and oversee implementation of projects and forecasts for key accounts.
Adjust commercial plans using S&OP tools to align with forecasts.
Analyze complex data using BluePlanner, SFA, for insights and solutions.
Align commercial plans with Group policies.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG companies managing centralized national accounts. Preferred background in commercial marketing, category management, or trade marketing.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
