Senior Business Analyst

We are partnered with a world-class IT services provider based in Spain with a global presence. They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team in delivering strategic business analysis services to clients.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead end-to-end analysis activities for assigned initiatives and projects, addressing operational, financial, and technological challenges. They will provide analysis, recommendations, and support project implementation based on identified opportunities. The analyst will employ the team's core values to ensure initiatives focus on outcomes, value, end-user experience, and informed decision-making to achieve optimal results for clients, subject matter experts, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, effectively liaising between departments and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Expertise in Business Analysis : Deliver best practice enterprise analysis services to internal teams and clients, partnering with subject matter experts to lead activities from initiation to completion.
• Analysis & Documentation : Lead analysis design, documentation, and initiation of business processes and workflows, including problem statements, requirements, business cases, and facilitating discussions and prioritization.
• Implementation & Documentation : Elicit and produce necessary documentation such as business cases, SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, user stories, workflows, and test plans. Lead analysis efforts from initiation through to benefits realization.
• Reporting & Communication : Maintain knowledge of client needs, communicate updates effectively, negotiate stakeholder expectations, and serve as liaison between operations and IT.
