We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor with English.

Purpose of the role

We seek experts to become ambassadors of our brands, providing comprehensive support across all our brands in presales and aftersales scenarios, including physical stores and e-commerce. The role involves basic technical troubleshooting and back-office tasks.

  • C2 Level of French
  • Advanced level of English
  • Listening and understanding skills

  • Integrity and trustworthiness
  • Conflict management skills

Desirable experience

  • Digital literacy / e-commerce user
  • Cross-selling and up-selling experience
  • Social media familiarity
  • Previous experience in in-store customer service for these product categories is a plus
  • 38.5 hours / week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 to 18 : 00
