We’re on the lookout for a creative, driven, and culturally attuned Marketing Specialist ready to take the lead on growing Heymondo’s presence in the Romanian marke t. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our digital voice, executing marketing strategies, and building meaningful connections with Romanian travelers — all while supporting our mission : making travel easier for everyone, everywhere.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves switching between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with our Brand & Communication Manager to localise campaigns, manage cross-channel content, and coordinate impactful initiatives — from social media and influencer activations to blog content and events.

Mission : Coordinate, support and optimise our cross-channel marketing and communications plan.

Key responsibilities :

• Plan, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
• Execute the social media strategy for the Romanian market in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
• Plan and organise external events in Romania.
• Negotiate and monitor agreements with brand ambassadors and influencers in close coordination with the Affiliate Manager for Romania.
• Write, proofread, and edit content across various mediums, including website, campaigns, blogs, PR, and newsletters.
• Manage our blog strategy and content creation on WordPress in collaboration with the SEO Manager.
• Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends and competitors.
• Oversee the marketing and communication budget for the Romanian market.
• Plan and execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to coordinate brand awareness efforts.
• Ensure consistent application of verbal and visual brand identity guidelines across all communications.
