a 56m private / charter motor yacht, is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, excellent deck management skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and service.
Requirements :
- Chief Mate 3000GT (minimum)
- STCW, ENG1, valid passport and seafarer’s documentation
- Proven experience as Chief Officer or strong Second stepping up on yachts 50m+
- Excellent deck operations knowledge including navigation, ISM / ISPS, bridge management, and planned maintenance systems
- Strong tender driving skills (including guest transfers and towing)
- Confident in overseeing deck team, bridge paperwork, and guest activities
- Familiar with shipyard periods and project planning
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Schengen and B1B2 Visas
