The Role
The Implementation team manages client onboarding. We are seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze customer needs to propose tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured by platform adoption and completion of onboarding, delivering a 7-star client experience.
This role requires excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While familiarity with integrations and open APIs is beneficial, expert knowledge is not required initially.
