Account Executive In Madrid
As a key member of our B2B Sales team in Spain, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new business customers as well as nurturing and developing relationships with existing users of the Arrive app. You’ll actively sell and promote our corporate SaaS solution, becoming a trusted advisor to our customers while helping us accelerate our growth in the Spanish market.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To
Actively sell, negotiate, and quote Arrive B2B solutions, as well as provide product information, proactive follow-up, and overall account support via phone.
Proactively identify and target potential business customers through outbound prospecting (calls, campaigns, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with both new and existing business customers.
Manage daily sales activity using an effective targeting strategy and meet KPIs based on agreed goals.
Deliver professional and tailored sales presentations to various decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
Take full commercial responsibility for your sales pipeline and ensure a high-quality customer experience from prospecting through to closing.
Your Background
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or inside sales environment.
Proven ability to source and close new business opportunities.
Strong commercial acumen and determination to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and act on them.
A team player who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with strong listening and consultative selling abilities.
Fluent in Spanish and English (both will be tested during the recruitment process).
