Nous recherchons un Téléconseiller Français pour le Service Client de Fuengirola, près de Malaga

Le poste requiert une présence physique sur notre site de Fuengirola, offre non éligible au télétravail.

Quelles sont les missions confiées à nos agents du service client de Sector Alarm ?

  • Répondre aux appels / e-mails et chats de nos clients français
  • Assurer un premier niveau d’assistance sur le plan technique
  • Organiser des rendez-vous avec nos techniciens afin de résoudre les problèmes techniques de nos clients
  • Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos différents services
  • Votre mission globale est d'écouter les besoins des clients et de leur offrir la meilleure solution possible

Qui êtes-vous ?

  • Vous parlez le français à un niveau natif , à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Vous parlez l'anglais ou l’espagnol à un niveau professionnel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Avez de l'expérience dans un domaine lié au service à la clientèle
  • Avez une bonne élocution ainsi qu'une bonne écoute active
  • Etes une personne flexible aimant relever les défis et travailler en équipe
  • Êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et le téléphone
