What will you do?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Support and maintain workstation operating systems (Windows 10 / 11, MacOS) and mobile OS (iOS, iPadOS, Android).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including OneDrive, Outlook, Office, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Manage IT infrastructure including Azure Intune, On-premise Active Directory, SCCM, MECM, and MDM.
• Monitor and resolve incidents using ServiceNow and Azure ticketing tools.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effectively manage vendors and stakeholders.
• Improve user experience by optimizing system performance and IT processes.
• Implement security measures using antivirus solutions and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, smoke testing) and maintain knowledge documentation.
