We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Controller & Analyst Intern to join our team in Madrid for a 6-month internship.

This role is ideal for individuals with an interest in working with data. The intern will assist the Business Controller & Analyst in headcount reporting, controlling, and variance analysis.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Identify and analyze discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures to understand trends and causes.
• Work with various departments to collect and analyze operational, business, and HR data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and rules.
• Perform cross-checks with other departments to ensure data quality.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
