We are seeking a customer service professional to elevate our B2C support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
  • Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and providing information about our products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.

You will have :

  • The ability to adapt quickly to change and adjust to changing business environments.
  • English language proficiency as the company's primary language of communication.
  • Fluency in German (verbal and written) is required for connecting with our global customer base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset but not necessary.
  • This role requires :

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
