Our Financial Operations team is seeking a proactive, customer- and detail-oriented Finance Analyst. The main responsibility will be managing and resolving receivables and payment-related queries from our business customers.
The successful candidate will handle cash collection operations in collaboration with local sales and finance management. Responsibilities include :
- Managing customer liabilities to Amazon - credit collection operations
- Reviewing and monitoring AR Aging Reports and collection targets
- Supporting and acting as an intermediary between the customer and Amazon Business to settle third-party invoices
- Responding to invoicing inquiries, researching unpaid or disputed amounts, and communicating with customers via email and phone to resolve issues, correct errors, and ensure timely payments
- Reconciling Amazon’s open receivables with customers for quick AR collection
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to serve customers effectively, especially those facing cash flow or internal issues
- Building trust with external and internal stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships, and improving customer experience
- Driving process improvements and resolving escalations and discrepancies with Amazon customers
- Diagnosing, improving, and fixing issues in current collections processes
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in French and EnglishExcellent communication and analytical skillsPositive attitude towards resolving issuesProficiency in MS OfficeStrong communication skills for resolving issues and exchanging financial data via phone and emailAbility to present to diverse audiencesPreferred Qualifications
